We developed and market RealStat software for appraisers, which is an easy to use Microsoft Excel based program that employs multiple regression hedonic econometric analysis for the valuation of all types of real estate. Company Profile Eugene Pasymowski, MAI is the president of RealStat, Inc. and has more than 20 years experience in real estate brokerage and valuation. He is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute and served on its National Experience Review Committee, Regional Ethics and Counseling Committee and was a director of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Pasymowski is also a Pennsylvania licensed real estate broker.
